An existing client, impressed by our previous smart lighting installation in a refurbished home they later sold, returned to us with a new challenge. They envisioned a state-of-the-art smart home system for their family home in London—one that combined high-end technology with user-friendly functionality.

Design Vision: With minimal input, they tasked us with leading the smart home vision. The only specifications were a Mirror TV floating above the fireplace, a TV in the Jacuzzi room, and a dedicated cinema area.
Extensive Refurbishment: We were engaged at the very start of a comprehensive refurbishment, which involved a complete back-to-brick rebuild and new extensions.

Planning and Wiring: Our team designed a complete system layout, created detailed wiring diagrams, and supplied the necessary cables to the on-site contractor to complete the initial fix.
Integrated Installation: Once the house was ready for the second fix, we installed a range of state-of-the-art components, including:
AV Rack & Lutron Lighting Panels: Located in the garage, these consolidated and terminated all wiring neatly.
Control4 Intercom System: Featuring in-wall touch panels for seamless communication.
Lutron Lighting Control: Wall-mounted keypads allowed for intuitive switching and scene control.
In-Ceiling Music System: Powered by Control4, this system distributed music across multiple zones throughout the home.
Video Distribution System: Enabled the distribution of various sources (including Sky boxes) to every TV in the house.
Dolby Atmos Home Cinema: Equipped with a Sony 4K projector to deliver an immersive viewing experience.
ProofVision Bathroom TV: Installed in the Jacuzzi room for entertainment.
PictureFrame.TV Bespoke Mirror TV: Elegantly suspended above the fireplace, this unit functions as a traditional mirror until activated, concealing its true high-tech purpose.
