In Mill Hill, London, a property developer enlisted our expertise for their largest project yet—an ultra-luxury apartment building comprising nine 3-bedroom apartments. Building on our previous successful collaborations, our mandate was to design and install a comprehensive smart home system that combined high-end functionality with a refined aesthetic.
Client Requirements
The developer’s brief included both communal and individual apartment solutions:
Communal Systems:
- Five intercom panels connected to electronic door locks, enabling video calls and remote access via in-apartment video panels
- Communal WiFi for the gym, basement car park, and hallways
- CCTV coverage for the basement car park and all external areas
- Satellite distribution system providing Terrestrial and Sky signals to each apartment
Apartment Installations:
- TV and data cabling; dedicated WiFi and networking equipment
- In-ceiling speakers for future customization
- Provision for smart lighting and shading
- Bathroom TV in the master bathroom
Bespoke Solutions
